Greetings, Neighbors and Friends,

Your Gulph Mills and Bob White neighbors are working hard to keep our wonderful neighborhoods quiet, safe and pleasant for all by opposing the development of an apartment complex at the busy, congested intersection of Weadley Rd. and South Gulph Rd.

• A complex of up to 44 units with 3 driveways and 79 parking spaces is currently being proposed before the Upper Merion Zoning Board and Board of Supervisors. The area is currently zoned for only 22 units and 1 driveway.

• A group of your neighbors have joined together to defeat this plan, which would add a large and permanent burden of traffic congestion, light pollution, and unsafe pedestrian and driving conditions.

• To defeat this proposal, Gulph Mills and Bob White residents need legal representation before the Upper Merion Zoning Board and the Board of Supervisors.

• We have hired an experienced, land-use attorney to work for us at a reasonable cost: $5,000. We’re confident that we can defeat this proposal only with the help of this attorney.

• Please help us to ensure we can defeat this proposal by contributing a suggested amount of $100 from your household, or an amount that feels possible for you, to ensure our community can retain legal counsel to defeat this proposal.

• All funds will go entirely towards legal fees. You will be proud of your lasting contribution to our neighborhood and being a part of a true community-based team effort!
