This is Isaiah, a 14-year-old blind senior dog who has clearly suffered from severe neglect after his owner passed away and nobody was left to care for him. Isaiah came to us skin and bones, dirty, matted, and in heartbreaking condition. Soon after we received him, he showed signs of distress — he was lethargic, not eating, unable to keep food down, and suffered a severe GI episode that required us to rush him to the hospital.
