Hello Friends & Family,

I've been given the incredible chance to take part in a missionary trip this coming March to Leogane, Haiti through NurseTim. This will be an unforgettable and life changing learning opportunity that will give me the opportunity to improve my critical thinking skills through active problem solving in real life situations as well as help utilize healthcare principles and evidence-based practice in this developing country. Throughout my stay I will take part in hospital, pediatric, community and orphanage experiences and continuing education activities. I am so very excited to take part in this global health learning experience and with that being said I would be so grateful for any contribution you can make that would help in making this trip possible. The cost per person to cover my trip is $1775.00, which covers all room, board and travel within the country (not including airfare). It also includes one recreational day, translator and other planned event services.
