Each year, in November, the Needy Family Fund, Inc., a tax deductible 501(c)3) works with local churches, businesses, and our wonderful community to raise funds to assemble food boxes for families in need in Sweetwater, Tennessee area.

The Churches develop a list of families who need our help. We have seen a steady rise in the number of families who need our assistance, particularly going into the colder months.

In 2024 we were able to provide food boxes valued at approximately $140.00, each, to 250 local families. We expect the need in 2025 to be even greater and we need your help to meet that need.

Your donations go directly to feed local families here in our community. Not only does the Needy Family Fund, Inc. provide food boxes, but we provide a donation each year to help assist with utility bills for struggling families and Support Project Inasmuch, where local groups work to improve the community with local service project.
