Hi, my name is Kelly and I a fundraising for my son Jason. His final divorce papers came yesterday and he is going to have to sell his house so her can pay his exwife her share in the equity. His exwife didn’t work a day while they were married. She had their son so that he would stay married to her. When he asked for a divorce she said she would take everything his house, his money and his son. Well while they went through the divorce process my son not once bad mouth her he tried to keep everything 50/50 for their son. Here is the reason why I am asking for help she already has a house that is paid for free and clear in her name. She doesn’t care that by forcing Jason to sale the house that he has worked hard for and is the roof over her son’s head that he has to sale to just pay her $50,000. As of today I no longer believe in god or our just justice system. All Jason wanted to do was keep it even. I seriously would appreciate any help that would keep my son and grandson in their home. I am tired of seeing good fathers who try to do the right thing by standing up and be good providers and these woman in the end be spiteful and the courts don’t look at the evidence and award the mom what they don’t deserve. How is this justice. And there is no God if he allows for this to happen. There is one silver lining Jason will have custody every weekend of their son. Please if you can help my son keep his house to keep a roof over his son’s head I seriously would appreciate it. Thank you
