I Say Hold On And Question Them For What. And They Bring Up The hofstra Situation. The ncpd cop Says This Is A Little Weird Because I Seem Perfectly Fine. Saying I Was A Possible School Shooter Even Though It Had Been Disproven At This Point. numc Felt Pressured And Admitted Me. Because Now I Fit The Description And Was Facing Eviction For The 5th Time. I Accept And Ask To Leave. He Says It Would Be Best If I Stay And They Can Get Me The Place Quicker. I Was Destroyed But I Felt Like I Had No Choice. Two More Weeks And He Tells Me The Place That They Had Fell Through. I Begged Him To Let Me Leave. I Was A Zombie And Destroyed. I Needed To Leave To Get Better. He Keeps Me There Three More Days And Lets Me Go. Only They Didnt Let Me Go. They Put Me On aot For A Year. Where Im Mandated To Be Seen 6 Times A Month, Drug Tested (I Do No Smoking Or Drinking), And Still Forced On Medicine. And If I Dont Comply I Go Back In The Hospital. I Was Destroyed When I Came Out. I Could Barely Walk Normal, I Couldnt Ride My Bike To Work Uber Eats. I Had To Teach Myself How To Shower Again. After A Couple Months Of Me Building Myself Up Again To A Semi Normal Person. And Changing Medication To The Lowest Dose Possible And Least Amount Of Frequency. I Seeked Legal Council As My Rights Were Tremendously Violated. Nassau County Bar Association, No One Is There. I Went Three Separate Days And Times. Called 15 Times No One Answers. I Called 30 Outside Lawyers And Law Firms. No One Does Civil Rights Around Here. I Made The Decision To Sue Them Myself. So I Started To Gather All My Evidence. I Read Most Of The Pro Se Manual. I Was Ready. They Lie And Say There Are No Records, No Body Cam Footage And No Police Reports, As If The Arrest For Registration And Inspection Didnt Even Happen. Luckily I Have The Reports But I Still Need The Body Cam Footage. I Know The District Attorney Lied Because I Put In A Complaint Against ncpd To The State Of Ny. And seargent klass Called Me Which I Recorded And He Said He Reviewed The Body Cam Footage And Says Theres Nothing Wrong With What The Officers Did Accompanying mobile crisis On The Day They Took Me. And Ignores All The Other Illegal Things That Happened To Me. But Hes Lying. They Illegally Stepped Into My Apartment And Put Their Hands On My Arm Which Body Cam Footage Would Show And Which Is Why I Requested It. They Violated My Rights. And Now I Have Proof Of ncpd Lying And District Attorney Lying. So I Contacted Attorney General. No Response. I Contacted Ny State Of Mental Health With Complaints On All This. No Response. What Am I To Do? Ive Done All I Can. People In Powerful Positions Abused Their Power And I Went Up The Chain Of Command. And No One Helped Me. So I Left. I Went To Miami Florida And Rented A MiniVan And Was Sleeping In It. Working 12 Hour Days With Uber Eats To Basically Just Sleep. Be Free From All The Long Island Corruption. But I Want To Sue Them For What They Did And I Will. But I Need Money For Survival And Support Of The People! My Car Was Totaled, Parked Car Was Hit By A County Vehicle Very Conveniently. I Used The Check To Leave Long Island And Go To Miami. But Now I Have No Money And No Way To Work. Ive Went In Person To All Jobs Nearby To Apply For Work. I Can Walk There. But No Response.
