Need help to pay a high cost loan

My name is Ilona. I am a 44 year old single mother of three lovely daughters.

Almost one year ago I got diagnosed with aggressive stage 3 breastcancer. It turned my world upside down. Luckily treatments have worked well and cancer is in remission.

Earlier in my life I had to pay my life with credit which caused me a total of almost 23 000 eur debt from several credit cards. Last spring when my cancer treatments started I applied a loan and paid those credit card bills and deleted the cards. Today I was checking my loan situation and I was devastated to notice that the interest is so high that even I pay 300 eur per month, the debt doesn't get much smaller. Only 50 eur per month which means it will take forever to pay it.

I don't know what to do. I don't earn enough to pay more. My earnings go to living costs which are nowadays very high in my country.

I wish to be free from that debt so I am humbly asking for help.
