Hi everyone my name is Amy barrett I'm about to be a single mother soon as i am secretly planning to kick out my soon to be ex boyfriend the father of my daughter because of December last year he his been putting hands on me He has been physically and mentally abusive towards me only problem started when we had our daughter he was never aggressive or abusive towards me until we had our daughter 14 months ago he also is drunk Monday to Friday or Monday to Saturday every time he finish work He refuses to stop drinking and our daughter screams when he tries to change her or spends time with her she's also started to cringe when he comes towards her and he blames me for it everytime so for the safety of my daughter and myself he needs to be removed from the property I have talked to a lawyer I know my rights and what I need to do next the house that we are renting is my mother's friends house He will be off the lease after the 10th of April but I am asking for help so when I do kick him out I have some money aside to support me for a whole month I do have family members who are giving me two weeks worth of rent straight away when he is kicked out but that won't be enough to help me get back on my feet so I am asking on here for help this is the first time I have ever done this I just hope people can help us
