Need Help Getting My Children Back

My name is Melissa Durocher and on April 2nd, 2021, my worst nightmare as a mother happened. My children were picked up by their father, my ex-husband, to go for a weekend visit and never returned. He informed me that my girls were not coming back and I later found out that they had fled to Turkey, which means that he fraudulently made them a passport and faked my signature to be able to get them to fly on a plane all the way across the world. My heart completely shattered and I did what any mother would do, followed them.
Within a month, I ended up packing my bags and booking my ticket straight to Turkey. I had no idea whatsoever where they were but all I knew was that they were in that country and I had to do everything in my capacity to try and find them. I ended up spending 6 months in Turkey, searching outside, inside malls, amusement parks, trying to find them but I couldn't. I had no leads and had no idea where to go. All I knew was that I was in the same country as they were.
For the passed year, I have been working alongside Peel Police, RCMP and Hague International Abduction to try and get my girls back however, since we had a verbal agreement and have not made a legal custody agreement, it has been really difficult to get them back. When we divorced, we had a verbal agreement that he would take the kids every weekend and then bring them back. The Government of Turkey have not been of that much help getting the children back to Canada to me, their mother, even with the knowledge that their father frauded a passport. I have been working with Hague to go to court in Turkey to have the children returned to Canada but I am financially unable to go to Turkey again to retrieve my children, let alone pay for a lawyer on my own. My two daughters need to be with their mother in Canada, especially my eldest, as I have concerns for her health and well being and she needs good medical care. My children are only 3 and 5 years old. I have no idea how they are doing or if they are ok, especially once he found out I actually got the police involved. I fear for their physical, mental and emotional state. Please help get my babies back. My goal is to raise enough money to help cover my costs for this trip.
The funding is to help me:
1. Buy a plane ticket to get to turkey
2. Food/hotel while there
3. Lawyer
4. Plane ticket for my 2 daughters to come back to Canada
