Need help due to Early Onset Alzheimer's

Hi, my name is Elaine. My sister in law Stephanie has just recently been diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer's. She is only 51 with twin 13 year old daughters and her husband. She hasn't worked in a year and is unable to do so. We recently discovered that due to these issues, bills are going unpaid. This is not her fault. She can't help what is happening to her. It's truly devastating to watch this happen. If you would be inclined to help in any way, we would appreciate it.
