✨ NaviFiesta – Xmas Party in the Lawn Vol. 2 ✨

For the second year in a row, we are bringing NaviFiesta this December 21th to the children of Moravia (Medellín, Colombia) in partnership with the Betsabé Espinal Popular Library. This celebration is much more than a party — for many families, it is the only holiday moment they will experience this season.

WE ARE RAISING FUNDS TO MAKE THIS POSSIBLE.

Moravia is one of the most vulnerable neighborhoods in Medellín. Built on top of the city’s former landfill, it has long served as a refuge for families displaced by violence, poverty, and armed conflict throughout Colombia. In recent years, many Venezuelan families who fled economic and political crisis have also settled here, seeking safety and a chance to rebuild their lives. Most families in Moravia live in extreme poverty, often in improvised homes made from salvaged materials, with limited access to basic resources.

For many children, Christmas gifts, a warm dinner, or a safe place to celebrate are luxuries far out of reach.

Yet, the story of Moravia is also a story of resilience and transformation. This community has shown, time and time again, that beauty, dignity, and hope can be built even in the harshest conditions. Moravia stands as proof that life can bloom on top of what was once considered uninhabitable.

The Betsabé Espinal Popular Library — led by student volunteers from Antioquia University — has become a vital space in this transformation: a sanctuary where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn and grow. Together with the library, we aim to ensure that every child receives a gift, enjoys meaningful activities, and shares a nourishing Christmas meal. We will also host a clothing bazaar for families, provide groceries, and create a joyful day filled with music, community, and dignity.

This holiday season — the season of giving — your support helps bring warmth, hope, and celebration to a community that is too often overlooked.
