Operation KAre: Supporting our Veterans

Donation protected
The gentleman of the Epsilon Tau chapter of Kappa Alpha Order, at Northern Arizona University, are joining their fellow brothers in an effort to raise money to purchase an all terrain wheelchair to support the life of a wounded veteran. Throughout the month of October we will be raising money to serve the veterans that served our country.

The chairs, while expensive, provide wounded members of our communities the opportunity to reclaim their lifestyles and their mobility.

"Founded in 2007, The Independence Fund is committed to empowering our nation’s catastrophically wounded, injured, or ill Veterans to overcome physical, mental, and emotional wounds incurred in the line of duty. We are dedicated to improving the lives of both our Veterans and their families. Through our Mobility, Caregiver, Adaptive Sports, Advocacy, and Family programs, The Independence Fund strives to bridge the gap of unmet needs for Veterans and their caregivers."

The goal

Every dollar that we raise will go directly to this amazing cause, but we can't do it without your help. Every donation made will directly influence the life of a someone who has given the ultimate gift to their country.

Help us give the gift of mobility, and help us to help them gain their lives back.
