Native American children victims of Racist Judge

My three children are enrolled Tribal members of Red Lake Band of Chippewa Indians. The Racist Judge wrote on the court order that my children are "NOT Indian Children, therefore do NOT qualify for protection of ICWA". ICWA prevents the removal of Indian children by American government. An ICWA attorney requires a minimum $10,000 retainer fee and charges $500 an hour. The Judge did NOT hold an Evidentiary hearing and ZERO evidence was given to the Court. The Racist Judge KNEW that I could not afford an ICWA Attorney. I have no history of CPS nor criminal. I voluntarily put myself into treatment for alcoholism. I gave my children to their father so i could get healthy and be the mother my children deserve. Unfortunately, their father died. I had 22 months clean and sober when the Racist Judge decided that wasn't good enough and only saw a "Drunk Indian" and decided to remove my children in direct violation of ICWA.
My family and I spent tens of thousands on regular attorneys that got nowhere. I need an ICWA Attorney to get my children back. Please, help me? I am STILL clean and sober. My children have had 5 CPS Investigators because mandated reporters keep reporting the abuse and neglect they are suffering in the home the Judge placed them in. My children were fluent in their native language but since being taken from us, they no longer speak their language. I need an ICWA Attorney to file a petition to invalidate the Court Order for violating ICWA (Indian Child Welfare Act).
Legal Aid, pro-bono and income based fee legal clinics do NOT provide ICWA Attorneys. I've exhausted ALL options available before attempting to fundraise. I've been told that ICWA cases like this are a minimum $150,000. I feel that $50,000 will cover the retainer fee and cost of petition to invalidate. I have always worked and I will pay the rest of the ICWA attorney fees myself. I would love to have my children home by Christmas, please help me?
