Hello Everyone,

 

Thank you for taking the time to look at our page. We are the Howes family. Alan, Lindsay, Gabriella, Leila and Nathanael.

 

On 11th April 2022 our beautiful 7 year old son Nathanael was involved in an horrific accident and was run over by a car. He suffered life threatening multiple head and brain injuries. After being treated at the scene by East Anglian Air Ambulance he was flown to Addenbrookes Paediatric Intensive Care Unit. By a great miracle and the round the clock work by these dedicated teams, Nathanael’s life has been saved. After more than 2 months in hospital we are about to embark on a long journey of rehabilitation and restoration. This will start with a three month programme of intensive rehabilitation for children with traumatic brain injury at a specialist rehabilitation unit in Surrey - Tadworth Court.

 

We cannot begin to explain the impact this life changing accident has had on our family and we are willing to sacrifice everything to enable Nathanael to be restored and renewed and for him to reach to his maximum potential in life. As a family we need to continue to be right there with Nathanael encouraging and willing him on this rehabilitation journey.

 

We are asking if you would please kindly help us to support Nathanael and our family with a donation (one off or monthly) while we cannot work this will enable us to remain together as a family with Nathanael throughout his rehabilitation journey and ensure we can provide him with everything he needs.
