Hi my name is Sherlyn and I am fundraising for my nephew who was diagnosed with Sepsis on July 2024(a serious condition in which body responds improperly to an infection)Nathan was 13 years old when he was diagnosed with Sepsis that result for his life into 50/50 situation but with the help of God and everyone's prayer he survived and manage to come back to school. However, it was not an easy for him to feel the normal life as his bone on his right leg was already infected and he was continuously being monitored by his doctor to ensure that the bacteria on his body is not coming back.

Now, Nathan’s doctor advice that he needs to undergo for an operation as he was diagnose with Osteomyelitis(bone infection related to Sepsis) and his body is not reacting for any antibiotic anymore. His surgery needs to be done as soon as possible and if they delay further it will result for amputation of his right leg.

The expenses from his hospital bill and antibiotic since last year, continuous check-up and with his upcoming operation is already a huge amount and his parents has no enough income to sustain it. His mother is working in a factory and his father is a cook in cafeteria.

Nathan is a very energetic young boy, he loves sports especially playing basketball and with his current condition its stopping him to do what he love the most.

I and his family is seeking help for his operation and continuous medical expenses so he can continue to have a normal life.
