Nathan Lindemann's Eagle Project: Gunston Hall Picnic Area

Hi, my name is Nathan Lindemann and I am a Scout from Troop 1865. I am currently working on my Eagle Scout Project.

I am working with a local historical site called Gunston Hall. It was the residence of George Mason, one of the founding fathers. My project is to update their picnic area. This is their only seating area and where they host many events. This space is also used by about 5000-6000 students annually.

I am going to build three picnic tables with attached benches. I will also be planting flowers and sanding down some of the old tables. This will add capacity and help beautify the space.
