Nathan Gomez Mexico Service Project

Hello. My name is Nathan,  I’m a Sophomore at Northridge Prep.  A group of friends and I from school attend the Sauganash Center, a place run by teachers from my school and other men who have had really good careers in the past. It is a place for young men in high school that organizes many activities for us in the summer as well as year round. During the year,  we go there once a week to study, have dinner, and receive talks on future career choices. It’s also a nice place for us to chill with each other after school. They also have weekend activites, which range from sports to service such as basketball and football, or going downtown to visit the homeless. The summer activities include counseling at summer camps and service projects. The project this year is for incoming juniors and seniors, like me, and is a project in Mexico where we will be helping the poor by building homes and helping with their schools. However trips like this are pretty expensive and I need help paying for it. So I’m creating a gofundme here as a place for you to help me pay for this project. Any amount is well appreciated.
