Hi everyone, we’ve started a GoFundMe to help Nathan Rastin-Carroll (age 23) navigate the initial emotional and financial shock of suddenly and unexpectedly loosing his father at the young age of 54 on Jan 14, 2026.

Nathan and his dad shared rent and monthly expenses, but now Nathan faces the added challenge of managing the rent and bills on his own while on a fixed ODSP income while also dealing with the emotional aftermath of his father’s death.

Until Nathan is able to find stability he won’t be able to meet these financial demands. Unfortunately there isn’t a life insurance policy in place to assist.

The family is helping where we can however any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
