Nathan Baxley's Eagle Scout Project

Hello. My name is Nate Baxley. I am a Life Scout with Troop 108 in Fort Mill, SC. I am currently working towards my Eagle Scout rank. For my Eagle Scout Project, I will be building a split rail fence at Trinity Montessori Academy in Fort Mill, SC.

Last school year, Trinity Montessori Academy established a pollinator garden and a Monarch Waystation through an educational grant. Building a fence around the garden area will allow Trinity Montessori Academy to utilize this space as an outdoor classroom for its students. Trinity Montessori hopes to hold enrichment classes in the garden, allowing its students to participate in hands-on learning. I am raising funds on behalf of Trinity Montessori Academy to purchase the materials and supplies needed to build the fence. I estimate the supplies and materials for this project will cost approximately $1,800. My fellow Troop 108 scouts, family, and volunteers will assist me with building the fence.
