Natalie Laiolo's Senior Project

Tax deductible
Hi! My name is Natalie Laiolo. I am a senior at Tracy High School located in Tracy, California. I was privileged to be accepted into the Agriculture Science (Ag/Sci) Program at my high school. Ag/Sci is a competitive program consisting of 50 students and enrollment includes all four years of school. As an Ag/Sci student, I am required to research and present a senior project at the end of my senior year to faculty and volunteers. Students pick projects that are unique and align with their passions. I am passionate about helping animals and underserved communities, therefore I have been honored to find a place that has both! (See Mercer Clinic for Pets of the Homeless description below)

Within my senior project, I am required to complete a fundraising aspect. I have decided to raise money through gofundme and receive donations of animal supplies. I will be donating all proceeds/supplies to Mercer Clinic for Pets of the Homeless. I am excited to bring awareness towards a great cause!

If you plan on donating animal supplies, contact me via gofundme/email found below.

At the Mercer Clinic for Pets of the Homeless we believe that homelessness should not prevent you from accessing veterinary care. Most pets of the homeless are unable to receive veterinary care because there are few channels to provide affordable veterinary care to this population. Partnering with the Sacramento Loaves and Fishes, Mercer Clinic has met the second Saturday of every month to provide wellness visits, preventative medication, vaccines, and access too many other procedures for almost 30 years. We also work with local veterinary clinics to get the free care that our clients need when we are not open. Recently, we have expanded to perform more complicated procedures once a month including tooth extraction and mass removal. We would love your support to be able to continue this necessary service and provide the care for our more than 1,000 patients that have no other way to receive it.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact me via gofundme.

Thank you for your support,
Natalie Laiolo
