Napalese villages need supplies

I recently went trekking in the lower Solukumbu region of Eastern Nepal. I was struck by the inaccessibility of basic supplies such as first aid equipment and even toothpaste! I would like to raise money to buy supplies for two villages; Juke and Dimil.
Juke and Dimil are small villages of around 35 houses each lying in the foothills of the Himalayas at 2900m. They are two days walk from the nearest road and 4 hours walk from any medical supplies. There are no available jobs in the area, the people spend their days working in the fields where they are susceptible to injury. Lack of basic medical supplies such as bandages and sterilising solution is the cause of rampant infection. Dental health is very poor due to the lack of toothpaste and brushes.
The villages were badly affected by the 2015 earthquake, many houses are still severely damaged as there is no money for repair construction.
With the money raised for the cause, I propose to buy: bandages, iodine solution, disinfectant alcohol wipes, anti-inflamitory drugs, toothbrushes and toothpaste for children. The medical supplies will be kept in the primary school wich is a half hour walk from the villages.
In winter the villages get very cold and it snows heavily. There is no heating in the houses or in the school. With any leftover money, I will buy sweaters for the children to aid them on their walk to school and sitting in cold classrooms.
