NAMI x The Class by Taryn Toomey

In honor of Mental Health Awareness month, we are hosting a 60 minute session of The Class by Taryn Toomey on May 31st at 11:30am to raise funds for the National Alliance on Mental Illness -- NYC Metro Chapter.  Together we will get into our bodies and out of our heads for an hour of cathartic movement that combines breath, strength, and sound to help you connect deeper to yourself.  No donation is too small (or too big!) to help us reach our goal of $5,000!  Suggested donation is $25-$100 (a 60-minute in-studio session of The Class retails for $35) but we understand that these are difficult times so please donate within your means.  We can't wait to move and be moved with you!
