Who We Are
Hi, we’re Jasmine and Micheleé—creatives, educators, and co‑founders of Nail’d It!, a hands‑on, heart‑centered entrepreneurship program for teen girls throughout Latin America.
We believe creativity + confidence = power, and have watched girls flourish when given space and tools to build their own ideas.
Nail’d It! began in Medellín, Colombia, where we hosted a three‑part workshop series empowering Colombian teens with business skills, nail art, and creative expression.
Now... we’re taking Nail’d It! on the road—and our first stop is Lima, Peru.
Why We’re Doing This
We’re launching a Latin American tour because the transformation we witnessed in Medellín felt like just the beginning.
Our Lima workshop is specifically for Afro‑Peruvian girls, ages 14–18—though all teens are welcome. We’re partnering with Ashanti Perú, a nonprofit youth network empowering Afro‑Peruvian youth to claim their rights and shape an inclusive democracy through identity building, leadership, and political participation .
The Program
This is a creative space where girls can dream, build, and shine.
In a powerful 4‑hour day, participants will:
- Explore entrepreneurship through nail art
- Learn basic business essentials—branding, marketing, pricing
- Work in pairs to imagine and name a nail business
- Design and package a set of press‑on nails
- Create nail stickers to sell post‑workshop
- Showcase their designs in a celebratory presentation
Girls leave with:
- A mini business idea and branding sheet
- Press‑on nail kit + sticker product
- Confidence in selling their creativity
- Community connections with Afro‑Peruvian peers
This is about self‑expression, leadership, empowerment—and joy.
