Last Family Holiday with Mum.

Hi my name is Jolene and I am from the local area Barry. . Born and bread here I have over the past 46 years made some amazing relaionships with people that I hold vey dear to me. I dont need to highlight who you are. You know and your support has been second to none.

Back in February 2022 despite regular trips to hospital, and gp's and constant discharges I was informed I was so poorly due to current health conditions (diabetes and Fybromyalgia) regardless of the fact that I knew I had cancer. Again in October 2022 I took myself into the hospital a refused to move until they found the truth.

As I clearly overheard due to cost they did not want to do a CT to the head or from the neck to the bottom of the the stomach. Was completed and two days later was informed that they had located Cancer at 5.5cm long with several blood clots below the lung. Told the cancer was inoperable and that only a 5% chance of cure.

Pet scan revealed that cancer had grown to 7cm in lung and Lymphnoid 10cm.

Have been through, chemo, chest radio x 30 and 10x brain radio which I cannot lie has been gruelling.

Having the support of my mother/father inlaw as well as my husband , two amazing children, some family 4 close friendsI I simply would not have got this far and more that definatley would not be here.

Yes I get some benefits but still am way over £1300 short each month on what I used to earn.

I have had chest results and has not gone at all but shrunk and waiting to hear if this has spread to the Brain

Really want family holiday as I know that this is going to be our last one but simply cannot afford one. Do not qualify for any grants as hubby classed as earning too much money.

I never ask for anything for me but really want a last family holiday for the 3 most important men in my life.

Please help me create a final unforgettable memories for us all xx
