Anyone that knows me will tell you I am beyond mortified over being in a situation right now where I am having to write one of these things, but here we are...

After the recent closing/selling of the bar I was managing and working at full time, Never Looked Better, I have seen my schedule cut in half and my paychecks literally a third of what they were prior... I've picked up shifts guest bartending at other spots and am still looking for somewhere to pick up consistent work, but have not had luck yet and my rent (first payment since I just renewed the lease after my split with my husband) is now almost a month late, with an additional fee.

It's crazy how the circumstances that take place in only like a month's time can truly make your whole house of cards come tumbling down.

I know times are hard for practically everyone right now, but if any of you have even the smallest amount you could spare to help right now, I'd appreciate it beyond words and will try to make it up to you as soon as I can.

Additionally, if any of you happen to have any info on bar gigs around, etc., I'd love to hear. I'm working on selling whatever I can at the moment, trying to get partial unemployment to be processed, and sending my resume to a spot near my apartment as soon as I finish typing this, so cross your fingers for me there!
