It is with a heavy heart that I am making this GoFundMe. I don't like to ask for help ever. People that know me know that I don't like to air my business I try to scrape by and do it on my own. I have come to a time where I can't do it on my own. I thought all my worries were going to be over in December when I started the process of refinancing my house. I thought great, I will be able to get the plumbing fixed and give the house a "face lift" since nothing has been updated in 20 years I would also have money left over to afford my bills and essentials, my car payment was to be consolidated into that and just make one payment for car, house, insurance, and taxes. My paycheck was being garnished by a creditor from 20 years ago and they have been taking money from me off and on for 15 years. I requested a hearing and got that reduced, but I still can't make ends meet. I also found out while trying to refinance the creditor has a 20,000 dollar lein on my house making it impossible to refinance my house because all my money would go to pay that off. This debt was acquired when my ex husband and I were married and he made 4 times more than me. I have offered the creditor up to $5000.00 to settle if they will take the lein off the house so I can refinance they refuse. The biggest thing I need done is the plumbing, the line from the washer underneath the slab in the garage is collapsed meaning I can't even wash clothes at home. I also have squirrels in the attic and I don't know the first thing about trying to get them out. I am afraid they will destroy the wiring in the house and then I will have another expensive repair I can do nothing about. I'm come to as humbly as I can to please ask if you can help us I would appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. My dad was helping me, but he has bought the house at the lake and can no longer help me. My house payment and car payment are already behind. Thank you for reading.
