Help Us Keep Our Home During Hard Times

First of all I would like to thank you for taking the time to read this. This is to help our family of 5 me, Tony, and our 3 kids. Just a little back story my husband Tony back in 2010 spent a month in what was then St John’s Hospital for a back injury. After lots of back and forth he was discharged home in a wheelchair. He fought and fought to get better and live his life which he did!! Unfortunately October 2, 2024 he woke up in way more pain. We thought maybe he slept wrong but come Monday October 7th he could not stand or walk. I did have to call an ambulance as I could not get him to the car to get to the hospital. They completed a new MRI and CT which we were informed that he has new damage in different levels of his back and that the necrosis in both hips has progressed. At that point they were unsure of where we need to start surgery wise. We were discharged home with lots of appointments. He has since had an injection in his hip and his back. His left leg is now numb which is not helping at all and causing more falls. The doctors now believe it’s time we start with the back surgeon based on symptoms and results of the injections. The appointment is currently scheduled for January 22 but do have him on the waitlist. Praying that he gets in sooner!! This is where we need help. Due to his condition I also missed a lot of work in October so we were both without pay. I had to leave my newer job I started in March as it was a work from home which I could not do with him in the room due to policies. I thankfully was able to come back to my old job which is a huge blessing but was a pay cut. At this time we are behind on our rent, utilities, Caleb’s tuition, and car payment. We did also unfortunately lose my car due to repossession. Caleb does attend a private school due to his Autism and thankfully they have been working with us. I can not imagine having to pull him from there. Any help, shares, or prayers would be greatly appreciated as the depression in both Tony and I is hard especially during the holiday season. I am a Christmas lover but can’t even get myself in the mood. It’s hard having no parents as both ours moms and dads have passed on but adding this on makes it so much worse. The kids just don’t understand and are so excited for Christmas so I am trying but if it wasn’t for one of my bosses we would not even have a tree this year and my best friends they wouldn’t have gifts. I can provide any proof needed as well. Sorry for rambling on. Again if you can please help, share, or pray for us we would greatly appreciate it. Merry Christmas everyone
