10K for 10 Years. ❤️

Frazer and myself will be participating in the Strathcarron Hospice 10K run in honour of my Mum who sadly left us 10 years ago this year.

My Mum was fortunate enough to spend her final weeks in the Hospice before passing. ️

The nurses went above and beyond for us as a family as well as ensuring Mum was as comfortable as she could be in her final few days. ❤️‍

They helped my Dad organise a surprise Birthday party each for Daniel and I so we could celebrate our Birthday’s with our Mum, one final time.

Starting from now, Frazer and I have set a weekly aim to run 3 times a week. At the end of each week I will update everyone with our progress and perhaps some happy memories I had with Mum.

Strathcarron Hospice rely on donations in order to remain a peaceful last place for loved ones to stay. We would like to raise as much money as we can for the Hospice so we have set up a Go Fund me link for any donations people would like to generously contribute.
