Support Life Skills for Sacramento's Vulnerable Youth

Support Sacramento Youth: Life Skills & Wellness Project

We are Master of Social Work interns from California State University, Sacramento, working on a client-centered project designed to support and empower local youth. Our focus is on the children served by the Children’s Receiving Home of Sacramento, including those in the Short Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) and the Welcome Center.

Our goal is to provide these young people with personalized gift baskets filled with items that promote:
Organization
Mindfulness
Physical and Mental Wellness
Life Skills Development

These baskets will include practical tools and resources to help youth thrive both during their stay and beyond, encouraging healthy routines, emotional well-being, and a sense of stability.

With your help, we can make a lasting impact. Every donation will go directly toward purchasing supplies and creating these meaningful baskets for youth in need.
Please join us in supporting vulnerable youth in Sacramento. Your contribution, big or small, can make a huge difference. Or donate directly at https://crhkids.org/. Just mention the “Wellness Project” so funds can be allocated appropriately.
Thank you for being part of this journey!
