Seniors are one of the most vulnerable members of our community; by being isolated, they face challenges with their physical, emotional and mental wellness. Our seniors have contributed so much to the community; it is now our turn to take care of them – OUR mothers, fathers, grandparents deserve to stay healthy and connected.

Social Services Network (SSN) has over a decade of experience in supporting the community, especially when they are most vulnerable. Seniors should not have to compromise staying healthy and socially connected by investing their limited income in the basics.
