Help my Uncle (and Bubba) get back on their feet (and paws)

Dear friends ❤️

If you know me you know this is very out of character for me and my family but my uncle is among the many who have lost their home in the Palisades fires. He was at work when he heard the news and was only able to escape with his dog, Bubba. He is extremely independent and hardworking, and someone who would never ask for help- so I feel the need to do it for him. He has helped me and my family countless times this is the least I could do.

For the last few years, he has been fully supporting my grandma’s care, providing everything she needed by any means, before she passed earlier this year. He’s one of only two siblings left out of six, and with the passing of my grandma he’s now almost completely alone. His home along with everything he owns has been destroyed.

Words can't begin to describe how difficult this is for him, and he would truly kill me if he knew I was doing this. With all the hurt and destruction happening in our communities, any support would mean the world to him and to our family during this incredibly difficult time.
