On Sunday 7th September I will be cycling the 90km / 56 mile Tour de 4, the inspiration of Sir Chris Hoy, and raising money for Cancer Research UK. Starting and ending in Glasgow at the volodrome and cycling up in to the Campsie Fells with 3772ft of climbing it should be an epic cycle - fingers crossed for the weather!
