On September 7th, I’ll be taking on the Tour de 4 red route, a 90km cycling challenge inspired by Sir Chris Hoy. I’ve been doing a decent bit of cycling of late, and I’m looking forward to the final stretch of training before the event.

I’ve chosen to fundraise for Cancer Research UK because, like many, I’ve seen the impact cancer can have on friends and family – both those who have battled the disease in the past and those currently going through it. Cancer Research UK does vital work in driving forward progress, and I’d like to be able to do my bit to help support.

I’ll be doing the ride with some family members and we’re all really looking forward to the day itself.
