Many of us, including myself, have been affected by cancer. Sir Chris Hoy was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer over 2 years ago, a little after I met him at Goodwood, and setup this cycling sportif to raise money to fight the disease. I'll be travelling to the Chris Hoy Velodrome in Glasgow at the start of September to complete a 90km ride to raise money for Cancer Research UK and your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate a lot or a little.
