In less than a month’s time I’m heading back up to Glasgow to take part in the Tour de 4.

A cycling event set up by Sir Chris Hoy to demonstrate that a Stage 4 cancer diagnosis, while devastating, doesn't define the limits of what's possible.

The aim of the event is to bring together people who have been affected by cancer, to challenge perceptions, inspire hope and raise vital funds for cancer charities across the UK.

All of which completely resonates with me in my own approach to my diagnosis.
