Over the next 4 weeks, I will be walking, cycling and swimming a total of 450km to help raise money for my son Connor who was diagnosed with MS at 17. I will be walking 150km, cycling 250km and Swimming 50km. Therefore, each day I will be walking 5km, swimming 1.7km (68 lengths) and cycling 8.4km. All money raised will be put towards a treatment called APEX NEURO which will hopefully help restore function in both his arm and leg. Below is a write up from my son Connor which explains his situation in greater detail:

Hi, I’m Connor, I’m nearly 30, and at 17 I was diagnosed with MS. Over the past 13 years I have gone through many different treatments, and struggled both mentally and physically in many different ways.

Currently, I have difficulty walking and rely on a wheelchair, as the use of my left leg has severely diminished due to the worsening of my symptoms, and my left arm is going the same way.

The treatment APEX NEURO offer will hopefully help restore function in both my arm and my leg, and I am so grateful that this opportunity has come my way, and even more so that my family and others are helping raise money to get me there.

My dad, Sonny will be racking up the miles over the next 4 weeks, and I am incredibly proud, and humbled that he’d do all of that to support me :)
