More information about North Staffs Mind: North Staffs Mind was set up over 40 years ago to promote mental health and well-being within Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme and Staffordshire Moorlands. Over this time, we have supported thousands of adults, children and young people to improve their well-being, build understanding of coping with mental health issues and move forward in their lives. This is a service I have used myself several times during periods of very low mental health, the last time was 3 years ago and the counsellor I was given at the time saved my life and set me on the path of turning my life around and for that reason I'd like to help them to give others like me a chance of a better life & better mental health, so please support me by simply giving however much you can.
