Hi there!

I am posting on here because I don’t know where to begin. I am a Psychiatric nurse practitioner and one of my female patients was recently forced to move out of her husband’s house (father of her 3 little boys).

She is currently staying at her mom’s in denver COLORADO. with little to no resources. She does have a social worker, the state and CPS is involved. Since she and the children were forced to move abruptly, she was unable to gather any clothing for her and her children thus leaving them with one set of clothes. She is unemployed and not in the best state of mind to get a job right now.

She has 3 little boys (3,4,6 year old) and they are all in need of anything you could give such as clothing, shoes, gift cards and food.

I DID obtain her verbal consent to ask for the help of our community but will not disclose names.

I am more than happy to pick up any items anyone here would be willing to donate to this family and drive to her mom’s home. She has also given me consent to disclose the address where she currently is, and I would be more than happy to share if you rather mail anything to them(PM me)

Mom(my female patient): Shoes: 10 Clothes: Medium top and bottom.
