My parents recently had a plumbing issue that flooded their house, causing water damage in both bathrooms and the utility room. They needed excavation and plumbing repairs (which are $5,000 alone), plus whatever it takes to fix the damage that was caused by the flooding and repairs. Then, because when it rains, it pours... my Dad had to be hospitalized again due to the progression of his Parkinsons Disease and bi-polar disorder. He's not doing great. It is heart wrenching to see these conditions take their toll. This is an extremely difficult situation for both of my parents and the financial strain is a big part of it. I can't fix my Dad but maybe we can make life a little less stressful for them. Please help me help them to get this repair handled so that they have one less thing to worry about!
