Hair today, gone tomorrow (well, by June 5th at the latest!).

On January 2nd my nephew, Noah, suffered a life altering, freak accident. As the photos show he has made immense progress since then. As a family we could not be more proud of how he has tackled his journey so far.

He’ll be coming out of rehab in a couple of months but it’s not going to be that simple. He will be in a local accessible motel for a while, as work needs to be done on the house so that he can actually get in and around. (Planning has yet to go in, so it’s going to be a while.)

He is going back to to beach (where the accident occurred) for his birthday in September. It’s one of the first goals he set himself and he’ll smash it.

I’m going out to see the family at the end of May and wanted to do something to help. I’m raising money to get a set of beach wheels so that Noah will be able to get around, with his mates, on his birthday at the beach.

An added bonus to this is that Noah is going to help me. I’m going to have my head shaved by him to encourage you all to donate something to the fund! Noah was learning how to barber before his accident, so now is the perfect time to try out those skills!
