Hello, my name is Casey and on January 2nd we found out that my dad had passed away at home. We are unsure when exactly he passed or how it happened, as my mom was visiting her sisters in another state when she got the call from his job that they hadn't heard from him in a week. The medical examiner presumed his death was due to complications from diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease.

However, the reason I have created this gofundme is because unfortunately right before all of this my mom lost her job. Therefore, we are struggling to figure out how to pay the mortgage, pay back the money owed for cremation, and if possible we'd like to have some sort of memorial service since we weren't able to afford a funeral service. It's super embarrassing to reach out like this, but I wasn't sure what else to do. Any shares or donations at all are greatly appreciated.
