my medical fees

i am the father of a 25 yr old autistic son,i have raised him alone since his mother left 20 yrs ago. i am facing a     unrelenting liver cancer, apparently the only hope of gleaning 4-5yrs  more life for me would be  an experimental treatment altogether not funded by our health caresystem.
     i need this tim e to arrange a quality of life for my son and to ensure he will be taken care of when i pass.
]    he is a great lad and has never given me one ounce of trouble . i dont have a spouse as i have stayed single for all these years to ensure he has been given the best of everything. 
i love him dearly and just hope i can extend what life i have left to achieve these goals
