My daughter Jessie is taking on an incredible challenge of a skydive on Sunday, 24th August 2025 in Swansea, and a second skydive on Friday 3rd October in the Athens, Greece.

She is doing it to help raise funds for my friend Lucy and I to join one of mission leaders, Hani Shadad, on a humanitarian mission to Uganda in January 2026. 

We will be part of a team going to support teenage girls and women who face real health risks because of poor access to sanitary resources during their menstrual cycle. Some of them suffer severe infections like sepsis, many have lost their lives, and others face danger trying to discard the used materials.

So we're going to help share information and distribute reusable hygiene products and explain how they can be safely used and cleaned thanks to the blessing of clean running water in the area.
