Alyssa’s Leukemia Fund PLEASE HELP

My name is Charity and my cousin Raven Lecates (Owens) could really use some help. For the last year or so her 12 year old daughter, Alyssa, has been having trouble with her stomach. Her primary care doctor did nothing but give her pill after pill instead of finding the problem. Yesterday, at some point, Alyssa was in the shower and and yelled for help. She was rushed to PRMC in Salisbury MD. There, they gave her bloodwork. Her bloodwork was completely through the roof. They flew her to Washington DC IMMEDIATELY to the Children’s Hospital. This evening they were given the worse news a parent could ever want. Alyssa was diagnosed with Leukemia (CML) type. 12 years old and has Leukemia that only old people get. It’s also a very rare Leukemia. We dont know how long they will be in DC. I know this is a long shot with covid and Christmas but If you could donate anything to help while they are going through this hard time that would be amazing and could make miracles happen. Only one parent is working now that they are so far away from home to be with their daughter. I know they would appericate it as much as i would. She would do anything for me and I am trying to do this for her and her family. She just lost her father due to a rare cancer last year and now her daughter has a rare leukemia.
