My Incredible Mum Vivien Young

Hi, my names Niall.

In 2019, my mum Viv’s life changed overnight. On April 17th, she had a stroke that left her with aphasia, making communication and day-to-day tasks a constant struggle. She now has limited speech, finds it difficult to read and write, and has had to medically retire.

My mum has always been a strong independent woman, she would never ask for help, but I know her life would be so much better if we got a few things done around the house. So on May 16th, I’ll be taking on Hyrox Berlin, pushing myself through one of the toughest fitness events out there to raise money for her.
