In July 2023 My husband passed away leaving me and our four daughters facing an incredibly difficult time. We’re trying to manage the emotional pain along with the financial burdens that come with such a loss. I’ve started this GoFundMe to help as I was his full-time carer and my whole life I have been looking after him and his illness. All his life, he suffered through extraordinary pain and still was the best father to my kids. He suffered from many difficulties and had 1% kidney functioning due to diabetes when his end of life came. I was always in and out of hospitals as well as running around with my 4 young children all below the age of 20 youngest being 12. He had heart disease, a bypass for a blocked artery, went through dialysis every week and his life overall was exhausting for all of us but we pushed through and looked after him always and gave him all the love in the world. He passed away from a sudden blocked bowel and this left all of us in shock and heartbroken.

I didn't think of opening up a go fund me till now as my struggles are so hard right now. I want my daughters to not see me struggle or ask them for help as they're trying so hard to support me and I just feel so low that I can't give them the support I can without thinking about the bills and everything toppling up.

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The one who looks after a widow or a poor person is like a Mujahid (warrior) who fights for Allah's Cause, or like him who performs prayers all the night and fasts all the day."

The Messenger of Allah (saw) said, ‘The best house among the Muslims is the house in which orphans are well-treated. The worst house among the Muslims is the house in which orphans are ill-treated’. [Bukhari]
