My Grandfather's Angioplasty Surgery

Hello!! :) My name is Isabell, I am an immigrant here in Canada from the Philippines. I am also the first grand child of a strong man, who did everything he could for our family to have a chance at a better future. Now, it is time that I help him have a better life.

He is 69 years old. He took over my great-grandmother's hardware in his 30's, and he has never stopped working since. His hardwork over the decades has commemorated who he is as a person, as a son, as a father, and who he is as my grandpa.

He has gained severe blockage in his arteries damaging his flow of blood. He is in need of stents, which is inserted into the blood vessel to widen and allow his blood to flow better. He needs 6.

In pesos, one stent costs 179,800php, which is about $4,500 canadian. Overall, it would be $27,000. Me and my family are working hard to make ends meet for his surgery, though it won't be enough in such an amount of time.
