My disabled parents get to Virginia.

Hi, my name is Megan, I'm trying to help raise money for my wonderful parents Dennis and Jennifer. My dad is a disabled army vet, who has worked so hard his entire life to provide for his family and friends, he is in the process of waiting for his disability VA case to be concluded after about 12 years of trying. My mother is a disabled nurse, who has always given so selflessly to others, as well as my dad. They are currently living in an RV, with their dog Jack. I am trying to help raise money for gas for their RV, for them to be able to get to Richmond, Virginia from Duluth, MN to be with me. I personally had a very traumatic incident happen recenltly and have needed my parents to both be here with me to help process and deal with what is to come with it. I myself am struggling greatly financially or I would give everything I had to them in a heartbeat. It is very difficult for my parents, especially my dad to ask for help, but we have tried everything to find funds for them to be able to get to Virginia from Duluth, MN. They are such wonderful people, who give to others daily and never ask for anything in return. If anyone could donate anything at all, it would be such a blessing for them. update: my parents are so blessed and grateful as well as myself for all the love and support being shown, words cannot express how truly grateful we are. We’re getting so much closer for my parents to be able to afford to drive from Duluth, Minnesota to Richmond, Virginia to be with me during this very difficult time. I went through a very horrific assault and am in the process of recovering and working through legal matters and I truly need my parents here with me for this. Any funds that are raised that my parents do not need for gas will be donated to a fund in Virginia to help women who are victims/survivors of assault. I truly cannot express how much everyone’s support and kindness means to us all, especially during such a difficult and traumatic time.
