My 5 years old daughter was kiddnapped

Single mother of a 5 years old daughter ( Eliza)

Now i am going through hard times because of biological father of my daughter, with whoom i was never married and he was never on birth certificate.

However , now after 5 years he kidnapped my daughter from kinderkarten and more then that he served me with custody paperwork same day ,and wants to take my mother rights away.

On december 9 , Elizas biological father kiddnaped my daughter from kindargarten, and taken from Utah to New Jersey, where he resides with his family.

For all 5 years i was the only primary care for my daughter and she wasnt away not even for one night from me.

He kept her in new jersey and puted restrictionary orders on me so i cant come close to his house or her.

I hired a lawyer to make an emergency order to pick up my child, it took 6 days till hearing

In all this 6 days he didnt let me see my daughter and he would demand what and how to talk to her

Poor kid was crying and asking MOMMY WHERE ARE YOU?

All those 6 days i was also in new jersey, rented a car and kept close , hired a detective to make sure he wont fly her out of USA to his native country.

I spent all my savings and now

I am working hard to face all spendings but really need help, because attorney fees are very high

I try to face but i cant, i need your help

I am in big need of financial help to fight against biological father of my Only one daughter

I am alone in this country, just me and my daughter.

Attorneys said that custody cases might come up to 30000$

I recently moved from Moldova to Utah, in september 2021, i didnt even set myself and in december my nightmare started

I cant explain how stressed and depresed i am from all this, i need help to fight for my MOTHERS RIGHTS

Trec o perioada dificila a vietii acum , cer ajutorul vostru ca sa pot achita taxele avocatului si cheltuielile pe care le am in legatura cu cazul meu

Tatal biologic al fetitei mele , cu care nu am fost niciodata casatorita si nu era inscris in certificatul ei de nastere a luato de la gradinita si a dus-o din UTAH in NEW JERSEY, unde traieste impreuna cu sotia si 3 copii a lui.

6 zile nu ma lasa sa o vad sau sa vorbesc cu ea

Imi dicta ce trebuie sa ii spun fetitei mele care era extrem de speriata ca mama ei nu este cu ea.

Am angajat avocat care sa ma ajute de urgenta sa imi iau fetita inapoi.

In timpul procesului sa descoperit ca tatal biologic cumva si-a adaugat numele in certificatul de nastere si acum cere custodia totala pentru copil

Taxele avocatului ajung la 30 mii dolari

Nu reusesc sa fac fata tuturor cheltuielilor

Va rog din suflet cine are posibilitate sa ma ajute sa lupt in aceasta perioada grea pe care o trec
