Hi, 
My name is Ciara and I am 17 years old. 3 years ago my life and my family's life changed. I was a freshmen in high school when I started having unexplainable seizures. After medications failed to control them, doctors recommended surgery for my condition. I am preparing to have surgery for the second time in the past 2 years. This whole experience has been incredibly difficult. My parents both work full time to provide for myself and my three sisters. They do their absolute best to care for us. At this time I ask for help to alleviate some of the financial burden that my family has due to my medical expenses. 

After my surgery I hope I can be a normal and healthy teenager. I would like to go back to school and one day attend college. I appreciate your time reading a bit about me and my story.
